Known issue with Update 3:

There is a high probability of third-party (custom) file transfers retrieving radials that are only partially completed. This may cause an incomplete total vector to be made prematurely. SeaSonde file transfers utilities and Combining software will retransfer any newer radials and re combine the total, but recent reports indicate that some “custom” transfer utilities and combining software will not.
